Residential Homes

There are curently 30 residential homes for the retired and semi-retired on Balgair Castle Caravan Park located in a private section of the 45 acre rural park.

All the roads in the park are tarmaced with street lighting. This section of the park benefits from landscaping with mature trees and bushes providing an idyllic tranquil environment to enjoy your retirement home.

Each residential home benfits from its own drive, parking space, gardens and individual meters. Gas is supplied to the homes through gas bottles which are available on the caravan park. BT lines to the park are available.

The site fees for a residential home are currently £125.00 per month including water and sewerage. Currently there are plots avaiable - for more details please contact the park.

The nearest amenities are the site shop which sells essential groceries. A regular bus service runs from Fintry to Stirling and Glasgow which are approximately half an hour away. Here there are larger shops and supermarkets as well as many high street stores. The local doctors is located in Stirling. Balgair Castle Park has resident staff round the clock so there's always help in an emergency.
